Working process:
Preform feed-in and unscrambling
Our system uses a globally proven preform feeding and unscrambling technology to ensure high efficiency and damage-free handling. Preforms are lifted by an elevator, automatically aligned by synchronized inclined cylinders, and any misaligned preforms are returned to the hopper through a star-wheel system for continuous, operator-free operation.
Heater
Any preforms not properly positioned are collected by a star wheel and returned to the hopper for reprocessing. This fully automated process ensures continuous operation with high efficiency, while maintaining product integrity — with no risk of scratching or damage to the preforms.
Blowing unit
The process begins with PET preforms, these preforms are then transferred to the blowing Line within the Combi Bloc system.
The preform is stretched and inflated with compressed air into the desired bottle shape using a blow mold.
Filling unit
The filling process follows a gravity-based method. As the bottle mouth rises, it opens the filling valve, initiating product flow. Filling continues until the rising liquid reaches and seals the air return hole, signaling the completion of the fill. The bottle then descends, disengaging from the valve and moving forward in the line.
Capping unit
The capping heads perform both rotational and revolutionary movements. The system executes a series of synchronized actions — including cap pickup, cap sleeving, cap screwing, and cap release — to complete the capping cycle efficiently.
Once capped, bottles are smoothly transferred via the exit star wheel onto the bottle-out conveyor, where they are conveyed out of the Combi Block system.
