The Labeling Machine Technician/Engineer will be responsible for the installation, operation, adjustment, and maintenance of labeling machines and associated systems. This role involves ensuring optimal machine performance, precision in labeling operations, and timely troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the initial installation and commissioning of labeling machines.
• Assist in the selection and integration of conveying motors.
• Operate and monitor labeling machines during production to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Adjust and align machine components including label height, cutter tightness, bottle pressing head pressure, and synchronous belt tension.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot various sensors such as color mark, bottle entry, vacuum drum, and conveyor sensors.
• Inspect and replace worn or damaged parts including vacuum drums, cutters, bearings, and adhesive components.
• Maintain and service glue application systems, including the glue pump, roller, and glue thickness adjustments.
• Conduct die changeovers and mold replacements as per production requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards at all times.
• Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (or related discipline).
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial labeling systems, packaging equipment, or similar machinery.

Technical Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and sound understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, machine drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, alignment devices, and measurement instruments.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsible for ensuring reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of all automation and electrical systems across the beverage production lines. The role involves troubleshooting PLCs, drives, and electrical panels, supporting line commissioning, and driving process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, install, and maintain electrical panels, drives, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Delta, etc.).
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and automation breakdowns.
Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of all electrical and automation equipment.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and instrumentation teams to support smooth plant operations.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Maintain proper documentation of electrical drawings, PLC logic, and system backups.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
Support commissioning of new equipment and automation projects.
Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Experience: 2–7 years (for experienced role) in industrial automation, electrical maintenance, or project commissioning.

Technical Skills:

PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, etc.)
SCADA/HMI configuration
VFDs, Soft Starters, and Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
Electrical schematics and panel wiring
Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
Knowledge of sensors, actuators, and process instrumentation

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, teamwork, and communication skills.
